I am happy to offer sessions via Zoom or in person, either one-to-one or for groups. Meditation can also be combined with movement and/or self-massage in workshops to offer a balanced and versatile range of effective and authentic practices you can enjoy every day. The benefits can be felt straight away, and continue to expand with regular practice.
In this energising meditation from the Taoist tradition we journey into our inner space, smiling at our vital organs and cultivating compassionate connection. We enjoy a journey into nature at the same time, guided through the seasons and directions, colours, totem animals, and the elements of fire, metal, wood, earth and water. Discover your internal universe and cultivate energy to flow through the rest of your day with a smile!

This calming meditation from the Taoist tradition of ancient China uses mind, sound, breath and gentle movement to restore harmony to your whole being. We acknowledge and release emotions associated with different organs before breathing in the virtues of courage, wisdom, kindness, love, serenity and harmony. It’s the perfect way to end the day.
From the Taoist tradition of ancient China has come a varied, interrelated series of meditations and breathwork practices, grounded by Qigong, Tai Chi and other exercises. Taoist Training offers an expansive and holistic system of energy management for body, mind and spirit. If you’d like to learn more about exploring the Tao, please get in touch. I can offer individual tuition and group workshops. I trained with Kris Deva North and Anamarta Antunes in the tradition of Master Mantak Chia.

Ho’oponopono comes from the ancient Hawaiian healing tradition. Meaning “to make right”, it is a gentle but profound practice to release the ties that bind us to our difficulties, helping us step away from blame and into love, aloha.
Forgiveness is healthy for our minds and bodies, helping us take responsibility for our thoughts and their effects. This meditation can be used to improve relationships between people, to release emotional burdens, to forgive and love yourself, or even to help with more mundane issues.
Ho’oponopono can have astonishing effects, and is an authentic jewel of a practice that can apply to any difficult circumstance to keep the heart light.
I’m grateful to Tibetan Buddhist and Mindfulness meditation teacher Clive Holmes for sharing this practice. The Breathing Space is an accessible meditation ideal for beginners and experienced meditators alike, a simple but effective way of restoring the balance. It’s quick enough to fit into small gaps in the day, but potent enough to make a real difference.
Starting with three minutes, the Breathing Space can be scaled up into longer meditation sessions as your concentration and confidence grows. It provides a helpful structure for establishing your subtle awareness of thoughts, emotions, breath and body while connecting you with the peace within.
