I’ll be joining my colleagues from the Zen School of Shiatsu to give treatments at The Vitality Show at Earls Court 2 (nearest station West Brompton). Join us on Stand H346 for a blissful 15 minutes of Shiatsu for only £10, with £1 from every treatment donated to Help A London Child.

The Vitality Show is a great day out. It’s grown into a major lifestyle event dedicated to health, wellbeing, natural beauty and good food. There are always plenty of interesting stalls and gifts as well as opportunities to try different treatments. Despite being kept busy giving Shiatsu I always manage to leave with a few extra bags of goodies.

I’ll be there from 10am-5pm on Saturday 24th. The Vitality Show runs from Thursday 22nd until Sunday 25th March and the Zen School squad will be there to treat you well every day. You can buy tickets online here or just turn up at the door.
